Earlier this morning I glanced at my phone to check on the time, and it turns out that my mom sent me a text, saying that if I’m so firm on still seeing the current gynae, there wouldn’t be much point in going to today’s appointment with Dr Wong at the Kiara Gynaecology Centre.

Oops. I didn’t mean to shrug off her efforts to recommend an alternative to make a comparison. The key reason why we felt it wasn’t necessary to look for another gynae was because we felt comfortable with Dr Siva right from the first visit. And I was too lazy to fix an appointment elsewhere…

Poor mom. I’d better call her up soon.
