Conundrum

In a city like KL where life is supposedly fast-paced, how exactly are we getting work done when:
- we have rubbishy connections to the Internet for most of the day
- the moment you drive out of your office car park, you’re probably at the tail end of a very long traffic jam
- the LRT service comes to a standstill during a downpour, and
- major roads get flooded during said downpour?
sigh…
